The program strategy is to demonstrate effective community participation techniques for development by focusing on social mobilization and guidance. The empowerment of target population groups including women through skill development training and motivation of people to initiate development activities
at grass root level. The primary step of the Programme is to provide the social guidance to the communities in order to prepare them to initiate the
development themselves at grass root level. Here, the communities at form in small geographical raqbas in the shape of small development groups, community organizations, village development organizations. They are organized on the basis of initial dialogues, follow up meetings and after assessing their perception level of community participation in their development, they are organized into the groups to initiate the development programmes. Before their final; formation, the
basic information is collected from that community concerned. They are provided the knowledge, skill and related information with
complete awareness to involve themselves in the development efforts with support of the Organization. They communities are imparted training to strengthen themselves in order to involve themselves actively in the development activity.
